Timothy Antoine |
Economist Timothy Antoine is back in his post of Permanent Secretary in the Ministry of Finance.
Informed sources told GRENADA TODAY that Antoine's first day back on the job was January 2, the first working day in the new year.
His second in command, Lennox Andrews was acting as Permanent Secretary for the past two years.
Antoine was in Washington on a two-year stint with the Washington-based World Bank, in a job that is rotated among member territories.
The returning P.S was handed the job by Prime Minister Dr. Keith Mitchell after he fell out with another economist, Brian Francis who at the time was the top officer in the Ministry of Finance.
