Another civilian has been charged by police with using a licenced firearm to inflict a serious wound.
47-Year old Crofton Hannibal, husband of female attorney-at-law, Pauline Hannibal has been charged with attempted murder after firing three bullets into the body of Grenadian-born, Michael Antoine who resides in Canada.

Hannibal, a draftsman by profession, made his first court appearance on Monday before Chief Magistrate Patricia Mark where the charge was read to him.
With no objection from Police Prosecutor, Inspector Vannie Curwen, the accused was placed on $15,000.00 bail with two sureties, and is to return to court on April 1.
During his court appearance, Hannibal's wife abstained from sitting at the reserved area for lawyers and opted to stay in the confines of the public gallery.
Hannibal's running with the law arose out of an incident he had last week Friday just outside his wife's law office on Church Street, St. George's.
The two men were engaged in a row over a drawing that Hannibal did for Antoine who was dissatisfied with the job and wanted a return of his money.
Antoine reportedly paid Hannibal $500.00 Canadian and EC$500.00 for the job. He is said to have returned $EC200.00 to Antoine.
Hannibal is claiming that Ant o ine was reaching for something in his back pocket which caused him to become suspicious.
The source said that in quick time Hannibal whipped out a licensed firearm in his possession and shot Antoine three times including one in the area of the abdomen.
Hannibal is the third person within the last two months to have made use of his firearm.
On Christmas Day, Kelvin Antoine, also known as Pussy, a blocks plant operator at Black Bay, St. John's shot and killed ice cream salesman, Cosley Beharry of Maran, St. John's.
Antoine is now facing a murder charge, and like Hannibal, he is being represented by attorney-at-law, Derek Sylvester.
Also on December 27, a foreign businessman who owns a furniture factory in the south of the island pulled a gun at a Cafe resident, Catherine Clarke over a dispute for the exchange of some chairs.
The police was notified of the incident.
