American oil investor, Jack Grynberg is pursuing his US$500, 000.00 law suit in a Federal Court in New York against Grenada's Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Energy, Gregory Bowen.
Grynberg has accused Bowen of wanting substantial bribes from him in connection with the oil exploration agreement.
In the law suit filed in New York, the U.S investor alleges that Bowen conspired with three Russians to prevent him from proceeding with his oil exploration plans in the Spice Isle - a charge denied by the senior government minister.
GRENADA TODAY was able to obtain from the court in New York the latest document that was filed on February 23 by one of Grynberg's lawyers pertaining to the law suit against Minister Bowen.
