The saga continues with the low regard people with sense who choose to remain in Grenada and live under "Little BlackŠ." have for the constitutionally provided for institution he has been dragging into the "larlie" drain over the last 12 years.

I have never seen the gross disrespect people have grown to have for that office as attracted by its holder. Not even in Gairy's days! Of course, during the revolution, the office had a certain level of esteem to it all apart from the heavy manners which came naturally if anyone did not have respect for it.

At least in Gairy's day, he was regarded by opponents as Lucifer which is synonymous with power and "inchargeness"! But in the case of the current we can hear and read of him being referred to as all sorts of disgraceful things - all influenced by the "characterlessness" of the individual.

I believe that Chavez's utterances about President Bush at the United Nations are very applicable in his case as Grenadians continue to live with the smell of his sulfur. That is so sad! I am sure he must feel inferior when truthfully compared to each of his predecessors.  People like Dr. Francis Alexis, who was once with him in the Grenada Democratic Movement (GDM) in the early days of the aftermath of the collapse of the revolution must be having the last laugh at the unfolding of his reward for all the tomfoolery, trickery, intrigue and subterfuge which occurred, leading to his (Little Black's) outmaneuvering of Herbert Blaize at the NNP's1989 convention.

One thing for sure is that Dr. Alexis may not have become Grenada's Prime Minister, but we all know that he does not attract any of the infamy "Little BlackŠ." has worked hard to attract over the years.

Dr. Alexis, instead, has the respect of many locally, regionally and internationally when it comes to his command of his subject i.e. constitutional law.

His debate skills have been unmatched to this day in the local political arena. We all must recall how he had all his colleague political leaders for supper during the GBN-sponsored leaders in debate which was nationally televised prior to last elections. His advice and legal opinions are sought and relied upon in this desperate attempt of the Kleptocracy to unseat a legitimate Commonwealth Citizen constitutionally provided for by our constitution.

The recent suit that was prepared and delivered to Spice Capital Radio in relation to the David Marchant interview of 10th December, 2006 is nothing but laughable.

To begin with its construct is indeed inferior. I am not a lawyer, but if a lawyer gives me anything that looks like that as a finished product I will more than refuse to pay for that lousy job.

The spelling errors and the several typos really leave much to be desired of a graduate of law. With all due respect to the individual who prepared this document, I believe that he/she should return to UWI and ask for change from what they paid (if it is that he/she attended that institution) and if he/she was on a Grenadian scholarship we should ask them back for "we" money.

In their interpretation of the words alleged to be defamatory and libelous the claimant recorded that "In their natural and the ordinary meaning, the above words meant and were understood to mean that: "The Claimant was dishonest, deceitful and fraudulent." Ah bawl when ah read dat!

Do we need to be reminded about the Grenada Shipping Agents affair in the early 70's where a paper trail was left with a certain signature agreeing to repay the stolen sum?

I believe that that was dishonest, deceitful and fraudulent!  What about the public admission of a certain individual that "they" received a certain sum of money from a world renown fraudster as reimbursement for travel expenses outside of the normal and professional way of conducting such business on behalf of our people?

There is a common thread between the two activities here as it relates to "deceit" in that with the Grenada Shipping Agents embezzlement when admitted to, an attempt was made to approximate the amount when in fact the actual amount tuned out to be more.

It must be hard for the resident judge/s in Grenada to be living there to be privy to such inferior arguments put forward by the dunce indigent members of the Kleptocracy in the weak interpretation of the constitution in this regard.    I told you all that this year is going to be an interesting year for our country, you probably did not believe me.

Our working people have flexed their muscles through their active membership in our trades union and have stood firm on the issue of having "Little BlackŠ." and his "scare-dem-crew" have any further dominion over the national coffers to use the proceeds to sue all the people he does not like even though in the process they get their facts wrong.

You are reminded that during the last twelve years several questionable things occurred with Emerging Technology, Call Center, Dorset Charles, Dipcon, Miller and the Hog Island debacle, Van Brink and all the mud his involvement in Grenada caused to be slung at our international image.

We also had Resteiner and his alleged video-taping of the  handing over of a certain amount of money to Keith Mitchell in his capacity of Prime Minister of Grenada, the Gregory Bowen/Grynberg/Russian Oil and Natural Gas debacle, etc. etc. etc.

Trinidad has started sharing jail for misbehaviour in public office regardless of whether the culprit/s is/are on the side of the ruling PNM administration or current Panday Opposition which is in disarray.

It is time for us to share jail to all who have been involved in similar misbehaviour in public office in Grenada as we have seen on a widespread basis in our own neck of the woods. Already I have been told concretely that key members of the international community are quite willing to adhere to any serious request for debt forgiveness and/or assistance to rectify the lopsidedness of our debt versus our ability to service same.

To qualify though, any succeeding administration has to meet the criteria of holding the one time mis-managers accountable for their actions which put the country in so much debt in the first place. I understand further that pivotal to the prequalification must be agreement to conduct a top scale forensic audit of the questionable period.

This could mean the bringing in for questioning contractors (large and small) who may have paved a small piece of road to those who may have built something as "tremendously" unsound as the so-called first national stadium proved to have been.

We have to remember the Ministry of Education building in the Botanical Gardens was built from funds made available through World Bank from the People's Republic of China and we never heard any talk of bubbul in that one!

That is why I have every confidence that the current rebuilding efforts of the Chinese in context of the Queen Park's stadium would not attract any such scandal as the deal which preceded it.

"Little BlackŠ."  could jump high or jump low, the next time around he ha' to go.    I am sure this piece must confuse many detractors especially.  It is amazing how many of "Little Black's" supporters are keeping a foot in the camp of the parliamentary opposition in case things change.

I am convinced that things will change all in the fullness of time! I can hear the jail door banging loudly although I do not live close to the jailŠ.that is to tell you how loudly it bangs in advance!
