Two Britons were scheduled to be sentenced by Chief Magistrate Patricia Mark on Wednesday on drug related offenses.
The two, Caroline Ann Phillips and Carlene Nicola Phillips, are each charged with possession of a controlled drug and trafficking a controlled drug.
The mother and daughter were nabbed at the Point Salines International Airport last December by members of the Drug Squad which included woman detective Portia Nicholas as thjey were preparing to board a flight for England.
The two drug mules were brought to the St. George's General Hospital where an X-Ray showed that within their bodies were hidden 50 pillets of cocaine.
The Britons were first due to be sentenced at the St. George's Number One Magistrate's court on Tuesday, but the sentencing had to re-scheduled as their lawyer, Peter David was engaged in a high court matter.
