Dear Editor:

Information has reached me from an impeccable and very reliable source that a minister of government from St. Andrew who has recently received a promotion and increase in salary is pursuing a course of studies at the Faculty of Social Sciences at the St. George's University.

I am requesting that you investigate this matter, promptly, and report your findings to the public.

Relevant questions, among others should be:-

1. Is she a student and, if so, is she part time or full time?

2. Is she on study leave and, if so, with or without pay?

3. If she is being paid, how much and with what authority?

Reynold C. Benjamin

Editor's Note: We have done some preliminary checks into the claim made by Mr. Benjamin who is a respected lawyer and found out that the name Emmalin Pierre is enrolled as a student of TA Marryshow College with St. George's University.

We intend to do more follow up into the report.
