Dear Dr. Cheltenham,

More than a month has passed since I responded to your request for additional information from me concerning my investigation into the activities of Keith Mitchell, the Prime Minister of Grenada, and I have not heard back from you.
I want to re-iterate that I am prepared to travel to Barbados - at my own expense - in order to provide impartial evidence for the Commission of Inquiry that you are heading.

My evidence is clearly relevant to your Inquiry and I do not understand why you have not contacted me to make arrangements for me to testify.

Please advise me when you will be available to take my evidence in Barbados so that I can make the necessary travel plans. I repeat that my visit will not cost the Inquiry anything. Either I or my company will pay for all of my travel expenses.

Also, please note that, for the sake of transparency, I have copied this email to several journalists who cover the Caribbean and to the Leader of the Opposition in Grenada
