On Thursday 15th December the Grenada Public Service Co-operative Credit Union Ltd. in collaboration with the Grenada Co-operative Bank Ltd. launched its Multi teller ATM Services at the Ministerial Complex car park. PSCCU is now able to offer its members 24 hour access to their accounts. The service facilitates deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, balance inquiries and bill payments. Members of the credit union can access their accounts at the Credit Union House on Church Street St. George's or at the Ministerial Complex (ground floor). Additionally, accounts can be accessed at any Grenada Co-operative Bank teller machine. The collaborative effort between the two financial organisations has been branded "Connex" and may spawn further joint endeavors in the future. "Connex" is the first arrangement of its kind between local institutions and stemmed from a desire to provide a wide range of enhanced quality services to credit union and bank members. The Multi-teller ATM utilizes the interface of the credit union's information system with the bank's ATM platform to allow seamless transactions. The Grenada Public Service Co-operative Credit Union Ltd. and the Grenada Co-operative Bank have come together to harness the power of technology for the benefit of the Grenadian Public. The Public Service Co-operative Credit Union Ltd. is one of the oldest credit unions on the island and it is at the forefront, transforming the face of credit unionism through innovative products and services. The credit union offers regular savings facilities as well as education savings, retirement savings and fixed deposits, it also offers loans at competitive interest rates.
