Although lost in all the Christmas celebrations, Grenada's entry to the BBC's Caribbean AIDS Song Contest, "Don't Flex", (by the Talent Search Crew - featuring Talent Search Winners Rhesa John and Francelyn Hillaire - along with the Blind Fortune Teller) placed in the Top 5 of the competition.
Carried live across the region on two special BBC Caribbean Report Shows on December 23 and 24, Grenada shared the Top 5 spotlight with entries from Montserrat, St. Vincent, Jamaica and the USVI.

One of the judges of the competition also referred to "Don't Flex_ and Jamaica's entry, as his two favorite songs in the competition.

The "Don't Flex_ song (and video) were released in Grenada on World AIDS Day by Talent Search in collaboration with the Grenada Broadcasting Network.
The song was also endorsed by the National AIDS Directorate and used as the theme song on their AIDS Awareness Motorcade.

CDs of the song are still available locally at Just CDs in the Spiceland Mall, Presents Too Excel Mall, Grand Anse, and the National AIDS Directorate, Ministerial Complex, Botanical Gardens. (All proceeds go to the National AIDS Directorate).

The song will also be included in a special promotional compilation soon to be released by the BBC Caribbean Service.
